What to include

The faster a report can be understood, the faster it can be fixed:

• Your farm's name.
• The page you were on (paste the URL if you can).
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if there was something on screen worth showing.

Is Farm Draft up?

The status check is /healthz/: it answers {"ok": true} when the app and its database are reachable. There is no history or uptime dashboard yet; check it directly if you want to know right now.

How fast will I hear back?

Farm Draft is built and run by one person, not a support team. Every message gets read and answered, usually within a day or two. If something is broken in a way that is costing you money or blocking work that has to happen today (planting, processing, a delivery), say so in the subject line and it will jump the queue.
